I went on this trip with my partner for our 10-year anniversary, and it was the perfect celebration. Getting to see iconic historical sites and otherworldly natural scenery all in one 9-day trip meant we never got bored. All the inclusive pricing meant we never had to stress about hidden extra costs, which made the whole experience even better.

As someone who loves both history and nature, this tour checked every single box for me. Beijing’s landmarks like the Great Wall and Forbidden City were breathtaking, and our guide shared so many interesting historical facts that brought the sites to life. Zhangjiajie’s peaks were even more stunning than photos can capture, and the hike we did there was well-paced for our group. Xi’an’s Terracotta Army was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I’ll never forget. All of the 5-star accommodations were comfortable and clean, with great amenities after a long day of exploring.

We had an incredible time exploring three of China’s most incredible destinations on this all-inclusive tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and the hotels were every bit as luxurious as advertised. I knocked one star off because unseasonable fog in Zhangjiajie blocked our view of the famous Avatar mountains for a full day, which was disappointing but completely out of anyone’s control.

Our consultant Lynn from HelloChinaTrip helped us tweak a few small dietary preferences before the trip and everything went off without a hitch. The 5-star hotels were all perfectly located, and the small group size meant we never felt rushed between sites. Visiting the Forbidden City in Beijing, seeing the otherworldly quartz peaks of Zhangjiajie, and walking among the Terracotta Warriors in Xi’an gave us the perfect mix of ancient history and jaw-dropping natural scenery. All meals were included and delicious, with plenty of options for my vegetarian diet. I’d recommend this trip to anyone looking for a stress-free luxury introduction to China.
