Each city on this tour felt like a completely different experience, which I loved. The 8 days went by fast but we never felt like we were rushing from one place to the next without stopping to enjoy it. I would recommend this tour to any first-time visitor to China who wants to see a lot in a short amount of time.

This was a fantastic introduction to China, with all the best highlights perfectly lined up. The only downside was that we visited during Chinese New Year, so almost every major site was way more wonderful than I expected. Everything else was seamless, so I still had an amazing time.

As someone who only had one week of vacation to explore China, this express tour checked every box on my bucket list. We got to wander the Bund in Shanghai at sunset, walk through the Forbidden City in Beijing, cruise Suzhou’s ancient water canals, and learn so much about Nanjing’s rich layered history along the way. The itinerary was balanced between guided sightseeing and a little free time to grab local street snacks or shop for souvenirs, which I really appreciated.
